- Your name, phone number, school, and whether you are a student, faculty or staff member
- Answer one of the following questions:

- What can VarsityBuys.com improve on?
- What is your favorite Softsquatch.com video (can be seen here: http://www.youtube.com/scholarbuys) and why?
The fine print stuff: The ScholarBuys staff has the right to accept or deny any reviewer’s applications. We will contact you by email to get your address before sending the product to you, and will let you know an expected date of delivery. Your blog review is due within 10 days of receipt of the product. ScholarBuys reserves the right to use any content submitted by you via email or otherwise in materials going out to customers, vendors, distributers, etc. ScholarBuys also has the right to with-hold or remove parts of your review before posting.
